Missed your delivery?

If you missed your delivery, we will automatically reattempt delivery on the next working day. Alternatively, the driver will have left you a card with a consignment number which you can use to rearrange your delivery by visiting www.ipostparcels.com. By entering the consignment number into the ‘Tracking your parcel’ box you’ll be able to rearrange your delivery and see the parcel’s journey.

If our second attempt is also missed and delivery is not rearranged, we will hold the parcel for 5 days before returning to sender.
